I help people: teenagers, adults, and educators make smarter, more confident career decisions in a world that’s changing fast. Because right now, students are overwhelmed. Parents feel the pressure to “get it right.” And adults are quietly questioning what comes next.
Career education can’t be a one-time conversation about university.
And it definitely doesn’t end at 60.
So I build practical, real-world career guidance that brings everyone to the table: students, parents, schools, and leaders, so people don’t just choose a path… they learn how to navigate one.
Based in the UAE, I combine research, real experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset to design programs that actually work inside schools and beyond them.

When I’m not building career programs, I’m creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected. I’m the founder of #STRONG and the UAE Careers Community, initiatives designed to bring people together around real conversations about work, identity, and growth.
For nearly three decades combined, I’ve worked as an executive coach, educator, and mentor supporting individuals, teenagers, and teams to navigate change with clarity and confidence. My career started in the classroom in 1996, and since then, one thing has stayed true for me: real impact happens when theory meets practice.
That belief shapes everything I do, from the way I design programs to how I work with clients. I’m known for one thing in particular: moving things forward. Whether it’s helping someone get unstuck, guiding a team through change, or building something from the ground up, I bring momentum, structure, and honesty to the process.
I care deeply about the people I work with. And, I’m committed to helping my community make decisions that lead to stronger, more meaningful outcomes personally and professionally.
