These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, rights, and responsibilities associated with being an Affiliate for our digital product business, and any of our underlying courses or subscription products.

 

By applying to and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Overview & Intent

We’re building an affiliate ecosystem based on integrity, collaboration, and aligned growth.As an Affiliate, you are a promotional partner, not an employee, agent, or representative.

 

You will earn commission from any qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link.This document ensures a clear, fair, and legally compliant relationship for both parties.

 

Eligibility & Participation

●You must be at least 16 years of age to participate.

●You may not promote our products if doing so violates any laws or regulations in your location.

●By applying, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

 

Commission Structure

● All ‘MV Careers Virtual Hub: 12-Week Programs’ offer a 15% commission

●‘MV Careers Hub: School Program’ offers a 20% commission.

●All commission payments are on net sales (after discounts, refunds, or payment processing fees).

●We do not offer payment for leads - only for actual sales.

●Commissions are tracked using your personalized Affiliate links.

●Affiliates are responsible for updating their affiliate data chart by the 28th of every month.

●All commissions are paid out after payment processing fees are deducted and refund deadlines are met.

●If someone does not use your affiliate link, you will not be paid for the sale.

This is your responsibility and requests to allocate commissions post-sale will not be entertained.

 

Payout Process

●Payouts are managed by our MV team.

●Payouts are sent to the affiliate’s bank account.

●You must list current & correct bank account details to receive your payout.

●No other payout format is permitted.

●Affiliate commissions are paid monthly between the 1st–5th, after the purchase has completed one full monthly billing cycle and cleared the refund window.

●If your payout info is incorrect or there’s an error, you can update it and receive payment in the following cycle. No manual or early payouts will be made.

 

Affiliate Responsibilities

To remain in good standing:

●Use your affiliate link correctly. No link = no commission.

●Promote ethically and honestly.

●Do not spam, mislead, or pressure.

●Never claim to represent Maria Vitoratos (MV Careers) officially.

●Follow advertising regulations in your country. Social Media or employment licenses are the Affiliate’s responsibility; MV will not payout for any licensing fees.

●Disclose that your links are affiliate links.

Example Affiliate Disclaimer:This is an affiliate link. If you purchase through it, I may receive a commission - at no extra cost to you. I only recommend products I personally use and love.

 

What’s Not Allowed (Violations)

Prohibited actions include:

●Promoting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

●Sharing your link on coupon or deal sites

●Falsely representing yourself as Maria Vitoratos (MV Careers)

●Offering unapproved discounts or financial incentives

●Misusing or modifying our brand or content

 

Violations will result in:

●Immediate removal from the affiliate program

●Forfeiture of all unpaid commissions

●Legal action in cases of intellectual property theft or fraud.

 

Intellectual Property

We reserve all rights in and to our trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and other intellectual property associated with Maria Vitoratos (MV Careers) - including (but not limited to) all text, illustrations, photographs, videos, course content, marketing copy, layouts, designs, source code, and other proprietary content ("Intellectual Property").

 

You may not use, copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish, or exploit any of our Intellectual Property except as expressly permitted in this Agreement or with prior written permission from us.

 

Modification and Display of IP

●You are not permitted to edit, crop, recolor, rebrand, or alter any Intellectual Property provided.

●You may not display or promote our IP in any way that misrepresents or damages our brand, values, or credibility.

 

Permitted Use Affiliates may:

● Use logos and images exactly as provided in the affiliate resources

●Create original content (e.g., stories, emails) that links to official products and uses accurate, respectful language

● Add their affiliate links to pre-approved marketing assets

 

Affiliates may NOT:

●Repost our videos or course content on any platform

●Download and reuse course PDFs, templates, or modules

●Use our branding in domain names, paid ad keywords, or social handles

●Modify or misrepresent pricing, sales pages, or sales materials

 

Restrictions on Modification

You may NOT:

● Translate, abbreviate, or adapt any course content or copy

● Repackage or bundle our programs without express permission

● Offer Maria Vitoratos products as part of your own program or bonus stack unless explicitly approved

● Create lookalike offers based on our proprietary systems or content

 

Enforcement Violations of our intellectual property terms may result in:

●  Immediate removal from the program

● Forfeiture of all unpaid commissions

● Legal action to protect our IP8.

 

Refunds & Chargebacks

●If a customer you referred requests a refund, the associated commission will be automatically deducted from your account.

● You can view any refund deductions in your affiliate dashboard.

● Chargebacks or suspected fraud will result in full commission clawback.

●Commissions are paid after the student’s enrolment has remained active for 30 days. Refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled memberships within this period are not eligible for commission.

 

Relationship & Conduct

● You operate as an independent contractor; not an employee or representative of Maria Vitoratos (MV Careers).

● You are solely responsible for how you promote our products.

● Any customer disputes or affiliate disputes must be handled between the relevant parties. We will not mediate.

●Please act with professionalism; repeated complaints or misconduct may result in removal.10. Termination

●You may request to leave the program at any time by emailing info@mvcareershub.com OR maria@mariavitoratos.com

●We reserve the right to remove any affiliate for inactivity, misconduct, or violation of these terms.

●If removed, your affiliate status and access to promotional tools will be revoked with immediate effect.

●All unpaid commissions will be forfeited if you are removed due to breach of terms.

 

Program Updates

●These terms are subject to change at any time, at the sole discretion of Maria Vitoratos (MV Careers), with updates emailed. Your continued participation in the affiliate program confirms your acceptance of all changes.

 

Legal & Disclaimer

 

●We do not guarantee any income, commissions, or results through participation in this program.

●Your success depends on your effort, audience, and alignment.

●You are responsible for your own taxes and legal obligations.

●Nothing in this program constitutes a joint venture, employment, or formal business partnership.

●You assume all risks associated with promoting as an affiliate.
